A Word About Shipping...

Chocolates are very heat- and moisture-sensitive. We ship by UPS, using the least-expensive method that will get the chocolates to their destination in good condition.

In cold months, UPS ground is usually sufficient within the continental U.S. In warmer months, we may require a cold pack and/or shipping by one of the express methods, depending on the destination.

We will make every effort to time your shipment so that it does not sit in a warehouse or truck over the weekend.

If a) no one will be at home to receive the package, or
b) the address is a PO Box and the package might sit for days in a post office, please consider giving an office address for delivery instead.

Storing our Chocolates

Chocolates prefer a cool, dry, dark environment. If possible, store chocolates at 55–65F, and let them come up to room temperature before serving. Refrigeration is not recommended unless room temperature is above 85F. For best quality, consume within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
