Black Forest
Who doesn’t love chocolate and cherries? Our version evokes the classic Black Forest torte with a not-too-sweet adult twist: a buttery-rich Kirsch truffle studded with dried tart cherries soaked in Kirsch, enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with lines of ivory.
Calvados
For the dark chocolate lover, a decadently dark blend of chocolates and raw Piloncillo caramel cream, enhanced with Calvados. Caramelized raw Piloncillo sugar brings a host of dark flavor notes; cream and butter melt on the tongue as Calvados brings subtle fruit and a hint of fire. Dark rounds garnished with grated Piloncillo.
Cappuccino
Inside a deceptively innocent creamy ivory shell we’ve hidden an intensely dark blend of chocolates with espresso and a hint of fragrant Vietnamese cinnamon. The contrast will surprise and delight your palate. Ivory rounds with grated ivory froth.

The people who gave chocolate to the world loved this combination, and we think they were on to something. In our version, Maine wildflower honey, fragrant vanilla, and the smoky heat of chipotle create a complex flavor that grows as it melts in your mouth. Dark rounds with chipotle garnish.
